OBJECTIVES | To increase knowledge on nutrition-health relationships: understanding the nutritional transition from undernutrition to obesity, discussing the evidence on nutrition and health, particularly NCDs; To develop skills in dietary methodologies relevant for Public Health Nutrition: dietary assessment, dietary pattern analysis and risk-benefit assessment; To develop skills for the planning and development of community interventions in Public Health Nutrition.
