Mestrado em Inovação e Empreendedorismo Tecnológico

Nesta UC, os estudantes serão introduzidos no conceito do Design Thinking e nos diferentes modelos de etapas do processo, que oferecem um conjunto de técnicas que, por sua vez, ajudam acelerar, flexibilizar, visualizar e melhorar os processos de inovação. Através de uma exposição teórica e uma posterior aplicação, serão praticadas as ferramentas do Design Thinking em exercícios de investigação, geração de ideias, experimentação e desenvolvimento de conceitos e novos modelos de negócio.

In this UC, students will be introduced to the concept of Design Thinking and the different models of process steps, which offer a set of techniques that, in turn, help to accelerate, make flexible, visualize and improve innovation processes. Through a theoretical exposition and a subsequent application, the Design Thinking tools will be practiced in research exercises, generating ideas, experimenting and developing concepts and new business models.

This course is focused on the process of technology transfer, and verses on the following topics: University commercialization of technology and its challenges; Intellectual property sale, licensing, venture creation and informal
technology transfer; and Commercialization of technology: innovation diffusion, technology adoption and acceptance.
